Friends & Fun: Week 8

Hi! I'm back!! I didn't forget!

Okay so week 8 was an exciting one! Bria came to visit!

(I must have forgotten my phone existed this week because I have very minimal pictures. so I am very sorry about that!!)

Early Sunday morning I got back from Greece and then Bria landed in Dublin a few hours later!! Trying to fight the jet lag, we immediately set out to find something to do! We got some coffee and then found ourselves in a pub for lunch (classic!). That night we went to a few more pubs and hung out with my roommates before calling it a night pretty early!!

Monday I had class but then at night we went to Dicey's! My two roommates also had friends visiting so we had a big group of girls and it was so much fun!! The next day we walked around some and I showed her the sites!

On Wednesdays I have class ALLLL day but then that night I got to take her to my favorite place (you already know) Bad Bob's!! Funny enough, we ran into one of our old friends that we used to work with, who is studying abroad in Galway! Small world!!

After class on Thursday, we got really yummy pizza and wings and then set off for our bar crawl!! They brought us to five different bars, some of which I've been to and some that I haven't! Some of the places had deals on drinks and they all had free entry through the bar crawl!! It was SUPER fun (some may say too much....? no, actually no such thing)!!

On Friday we went to a lunch place on my street called Crosbie's! I have been there before and it is so good!! 

Despite our best efforts, we couldn't convince any of the others to go out that evening! So, just Bria and I hit the town!! Of course, we went to Bad Bob's (I can't stay away I guess) and we had a great time!! Even at home, it's rare that just the two of us go out together, so that was awesome!!!!

Then all of the sudden it was Saturday, Bria's last day :(  We did some more walking around (common theme here in Dublin), went to a few stores and gift shops, and of course we needed to rest our feet so we found ourselves in a bar! There was some great live music here too!!

Despite Bria's early flight, we HAD to go to Bad Bob's one last time (you guys seriously this place is so awesome)!! It was one of the busiest nights I have seen it too!

Sadly, she left Sunday morning! I was really trying to convince her to stay, but she didn't!! BOOOOOO!! 

We really didn't do a whole lot more than my usual routine but it was still so awesome to hangout together again!! That was the longest we had gone without seeing each other probably since we became friends!! 11.5 years ago!!
